By accessing Kuza, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. You must provide accurate information and have legal capacity to contract. Real-money markets are available only to eligible adults in supported locations who complete any required identity, payment, risk and compliance checks. Kuza may restrict a product where law, safety or provider requirements demand it.

Kuza combines news and radio discovery, research and discussion, public signals, prediction markets, data, and professional products. Features may be free, paid, experimental or separately contracted. Information is provided for general use and is not investment, legal, tax or betting advice. Availability, sources and schedules may change.

You are responsible for your credentials and activity. Do not impersonate others, automate access without permission, manipulate a market, trade on non-public information where prohibited, coordinate deceptive activity, evade controls, interfere with the service, scrape contrary to published restrictions, upload unlawful material, or infringe rights. Notify Kuza promptly of suspected account compromise.

A market's question, closing time, eligibility, price, fees, limits and resolution criteria form part of the transaction. Review them before paying. A payment authorization is not a successful position until the verified provider confirmation is recorded. Kuza may reject, pause, cancel, correct or unwind activity affected by error, fraud, illegality, manipulation, unavailable evidence or a clearly defective market. The published resolution source and criteria govern; Kuza's good-faith final resolution applies subject to any stated appeal process.

Prices are shown in the stated currency, including KES where applicable. Paystack and mobile-network or card partners may apply their own terms. Kuza may use a designated subaccount or payment split. Fees are disclosed before confirmation where applicable. Payouts, reversals and refunds are made to an eligible supported method and may be delayed for verification, provider processing, disputes, chargebacks, legal holds or tax duties. You remain responsible for your taxes.

Kuza and its licensors retain rights in the service, design, software, data compilation and branding. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Kuza a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, moderate, format and display it to operate and promote the service. You warrant that you have the rights to submit it. Third-party news, audio, links and data remain subject to their owners' terms.

You may stop using Kuza at any time. Kuza may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, legal or security reasons. Accrued payment, audit, intellectual-property, liability and dispute terms survive. Closing an account does not erase records Kuza must lawfully retain.

Kuza is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent law permits. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, the accuracy of third-party sources, market liquidity, returns or outcomes. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, Kuza is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and aggregate liability is limited to the greater of fees you paid Kuza for the affected service in the preceding twelve months or KES 10,000.

These terms are governed by Kenyan law. Contact Kuza first so we can try to resolve a dispute; either party may then use courts of competent jurisdiction in Kenya, subject to mandatory consumer rights. We may update these terms prospectively and will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the affected service.
